There are no Refunds as such, the Manuals you have requested is delivered over to you via Email or Google Drive and you can replicate the copies easily by downloading them. Also, we would have no control of the manual that we send over to you.
But in extreme cases we could have a discussion (if the pdf file does not open or there are missing pages) with the issue you are facing and come over to a conclusion/decision. In order to talk to us, send us a e-mail over at admin@epcik.com.
